* The property requires passport copies for each guest at least 72 hours before arrival to allow time to coordinate access approval from the community security office.
* The property check in time is between 3.00pm - 07.00pm. Please advise us of your arrival time 48 hours in advance. The property checkout time is 11.00 AM.
* Please note that 5% VAT, Tourism Diraham (AED 10/night for 1BR, 20/night for 2BR, AED 30/night for 3BR and so on, Cleaning charge of AED 200 for 1BR, AED 300 for 2BR, AED 400 for 3BR and AED 500 and Management fee of AED 5% will be charged additionally on arrival if not charged by Airbnb while making the booking.
