The remaining amount is to be paid 7 days before arrival.

Cancellation Policy

All paid prepayments are non-refundable.

Security deposit

A refundable security deposit of €708 is due.

Notes

Please note that all guests must send a passport copy 72 hours prior to arrival in order to receive security passes to access the apartment.

A “Tourism Dirham Fee” of AED 10 as prescribed by Dubai Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM) is applicable for each night of occupancy of a room at a holiday home for a maximum of thirty (30) consecutive nights. This will be collected on arrival.
 

A security deposit of AED 1000 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
